Yah Scott is the Chief Executive Officer of Enable Horizon Disability Support Services, bringing over a decade of experience in the health and community services sector. Since 2010, Yah has worked across aged care, disability support, community services, and youth work, building a strong foundation in delivering person-centred care.
His extensive frontline experience has shaped a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals and the importance of providing safe, respectful, and high-quality support. Yah has worked in a variety of roles, gaining practical knowledge in direct care, behaviour support, and community engagement.
As CEO, Yah leads Enable Horizon with a clear vision to deliver services that promote independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for all participants. He is committed to maintaining high standards, ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and building a service that is both professional and compassionate.
I am the Director and Head of Clinical Services at Enable Horizon Disability Support Services and a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience across multiple healthcare settings.
I began my career in 2005 as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) while studying my Diploma in Nursing. I completed my nursing degree in 2008 and became a Registered Nurse in 2009.
I have worked across rehabilitation, aged care, mental health, and supporting individuals with complex disabilities in their homes. My clinical experience includes motor neurone disease (MND), tracheostomy management, catheterisation, PEG feeding, and wound care.
As Head of Clinical Services, I provide clinical leadership and governance, ensuring all supports are delivered safely and in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
I am Kuana Kamara, the Operations Manager at Enable Horizon Disability Support Services, with experience across aged care, disability support, and community services since 2009.
I hold qualifications in coordination and bring strong experience in managing and coordinating services across a range of support settings. My role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with participants’ individual needs and goals.
